McDonald’s Brazil has expanded its menu with the launch of the Salada Mix, a fresh option designed to meet the growing demand for healthier and convenient meals. Announced on November 11, the new product reinforces the brand’s commitment to innovation while maintaining the signature flavor that customers associate with Méqui.
The Salada Mix is available in two exclusive versions: crispy chicken made with 100% chicken breast or a hamburger crafted from 100% beef. Both options are complemented by lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, pickles, and shoyu onions, with the choice of Caesar dressing, olive oil, or vinegar. Prepared at the moment of order, the salads highlight McDonald’s focus on freshness and quality.
Behind the ingredients lies a network of dedicated producers. In Rio de Janeiro’s countryside, families cultivate American lettuce over a 90-day cycle, following global agricultural standards. After harvest, the produce is processed by Grupo JFC, Brazil’s largest lettuce processor, ensuring cutting, washing, and sanitization on the same day to preserve freshness from farm to table.
The new item is available across Brazil through in-store counters, Drive-Thru, the Méqui app, and McDelivery. With this launch, McDonald’s strengthens its position as a complete destination for fast, fresh meals, catering to diverse consumer preferences while supporting local suppliers and sustainable practices.
